A serious project needs more than a good idea.

It needs people, time, money, and compute.

01The thesis

Access is the part that keeps getting expensive.

Could independent builders buy or build the compute they cannot afford alone—and make the work worth joining?

The idea came out of a conversation about paying people for useful work and pooling enough money to run serious models. We do not know whether it turns into a cluster, a payment system, or something else. The name, flag, site, and repository are the parts that can be inspected today.

02The operating standard

If it matters, make it easy to inspect.

There is no charter yet. These are simple rules for any work published under the name.

01 / SHIP

Show it working.

Publish a repository, test result, cost sheet, design file, or written proposal. Give the next person something they can check and use.

02 / COMPENSATE

State the cost.

Time, skill, servers, and attention cost something. Say what a task needs before another person agrees to carry it.

03 / RECORD

Keep the receipt.

Record who made what, what it unlocked, and what should happen next. A new person should be able to catch up without guessing.

03The open questions

The hard questions are ordinary ones.

The work begins with ordinary questions about cost, contribution, ownership, and trust. This site has no token model; any useful answer needs an arrangement people can inspect.

04Starting protocol

Start with something that exists.

Bring a sketch, cost sheet, repository, hardware lead, customer, or working prototype. Explain what it does and where it breaks.
